Clémence-Isaure

Clémence-Isaure, 44, was the very fulfilled and dynamic mother of two little girls aged 9 and 11. She had a tremendous openmindedness and curiosity for the world, which were at the origin of her vocation as a humanitarian.

Her whole life was devoted to actively helping people: from her childhood, within her family, to her adult life for her daughters and husband, her friends and in the many humanitarian missions in which she participated or managed for 20 years. In all that she accomplished, she gave herself entirely, with love, infinite kindness and the sense of fairness that characterized her.

She was going back to Nairobi, as part of her duties with an NGO, and was about to supervise a training course for humanitarian professionals on the ethical and negotiating issues of humanitarian access to populations in crisis regions.
